So a LOT LOT LOT happened in March including a trip to Moab, a trip to Turkey & Mongolia, Cadence coming home, & more, but those will get their own blog entries. Here's some pics of some of the more random things we did in March . . .
Craiger's NJHS group was in charge of spirit days at his school this month & Craiger always goes ALL OUT for his spirit days.
He was the Mad Hatter for "Crazy Day."
He wore all blue for "Bluey Day."
And on "Disney Day" he dressed up as Captain Hook.
Craiger also got to take his History Fair project to the Regional Level. He had fun sharing his project with the judges. He didn't move on to the state level, but he was very happy to have been able to compete for Regional.
The kids built some cool forts this month. They love reading in their forts & sleeping in their forts (even on school nights!)
Our trip to Mongolia (& Turkey) was awesome, but the best part of it was getting our sweet Cadence home. We are loving having her here with us again as she prepares for BYU in the Fall. We celebrated a late 21st birthday with her (her birthday is in February, but she wanted us to wait until she got home from Mongolia). My friend Nancy sent her all sorts of fun clothes & shoes to resupply her wardrobe after almost 2 years of wearing missionary clothing.
Cadence has taken a few train trips down to Lorien's apartment in Orem. These adult kiddos of mine sure do love each other & I love that they spend so much time together.
They also love going to the temple together which is awesome.
While we were in Mongolia, Craiger ranked up to an Senior Airman in the Civil Air Patrol (CAP). We are SO very proud of him & his many accomplishments in CAP.
And I got to meet up with a dear friend of mine from Germany in March. She came up to our church building & did a fireside for our youth & their mothers. It was WONDERFUL. It was SO great to see Meg again. I love her so much.
