Twice Baked Potato Ghosts


These are a fun one the entire family will love:
TWICE BAKED POTATO GHOSTS

Just bake your potatoes like any normal baked potato, then pull them out of the oven & gut them.  Just scoop out the centers into a bowl, but keep the potato skin to use as the shell of your ghost.

In your bowl of potatoes add your favorite fix'ins like sour cream, ranch dressing, butter, cheese, chives, bacon, etc.  I use a hand mixer to mix it up until it's creamy & mashed potato-like.  Then I scoop the yummy mixture back into the potatoes.  Add 3 sliced olives for your ghost's eyes & mouth & you're set.  Super cute, super easy, & super yum!
