Lorien spent the summer being a FSY camp counselor in UT, TX, & CA.
She left for 6 weeks & spent that entire time working with youth ages 14-18. . .
making sure they woke up & went to bed on time,
making sure they got to each of their meals on time,
taught them games, lessons, & inspiring messages,
helped oversee dances, games, & many fun activities.
She came back exhausted, but loved every single minute of being a counselor. She met a lot of other young adults her age by working side by side with them as co-counselors, & she loved the many teenagers she got to work with throughout the 6 weeks.
It was a great summer for her (even if we missed her).
