Taya's Wisdom Teeth

 

Poor Taya had to get her wisdom teeth out over Fall Break.  We knew it was coming, but it's still not fun. 

Fun Fact:
The Potters are very much lacking in the teeth department.

Both Cadence & Lorien never got 6 year molars (missing 4 teeth each)

My other 4 kids got their 6 year molars when they turned 12.

5 of my kids got their 12 year molars between the ages of 14-18 with the exception of Canyon who got his 6 year molars & 12 year molars at the exact same time at age 12.

Cadence only had 2 wisdom teeth, Lorien had 0 wisdom teeth, Bladen has 0 wisdom teeth, Craiger has 2 wisdom teeth, & we don't know about Canyon yet.

Poor Taya was my only kiddo to have ALL FOUR WISDOM TEETH!!!

But she was also my only kiddo that didn't need braces so I guess that made up for that.

She was amazing though.  She cried a little bit after surgery because she didn't know where she was, but she snapped out of that REALLY fast.  Her recovery was SUPER fast & she is just amazing.

You're a trooper Taya.  We are so proud of you.
