May was a really big month for Taya. Graduation is always a month long affair in High School. At the beginning of the month they had the Senior Award Ceremony where she was presented with an award for having a 3.9 GPA throughout all her years of High School.
She was also awarded the Hawk Medallion (which is chosen based on grades, leadership, extracurriculars & clubs, school attendance, & many more factors. Only a handful of kids earn it & she was one of them.). She also was awarded 6 honor cords for her time at Alta High school. She is such an amazing young lady.
We are so very proud of her.
