So everybody knows that Halloween is MY HOLIDAY. I think about it all year long & plan out costumes for the whole family. This year we did "Grimm's Fairy Tales" (since we live in Germany). Everybody got to choose a fairy tale & we made costumes based on what they chose.
Craiger chose to be the Fisherman from
"Magic Fish"
which is what it's called in the states,
but in German, the original Grimm's fairy tale was known as
"The Fisherman & his wife"
"vom dem Fischer und seiner Frau"
Our family absolutely loves this fairy tale because Trek's dad always tells this story to our kids at bedtime when he visits. The kids request it every time. We live a couple of miles away from a beautiful lake so of course we took Craiger there to take pictures with his magic fish. For the first time in weeks, the weather was GORGEOUS.
