On "Christmas Adam" . . .
(because Adam came before Eve so the day before Christmas "Eve" our family likes to jokingly call "Christmas Adam.")
our family decided to jump on the train & ride the train to Temple Square to look at the Christmas lights together as a family. Lorien & Elijah were with us so they came too, & it wound up being a lot of fun.
We showed them the old tabernacle & even watched a little Christmas concert happening there.
The kids love all the Christmas lights they put up every year.
& I love the nativities around the world display at church headquarters.
I think the kids really enjoyed the train ride too. We really haven't ridden a train since we lived in Europe so it felt good to be using some sort of public transportation again.
After exploring we all went to Chick Fil A for some milkshakes together. They were yummy. It was a perfect way to start our celebrations of Christmas this year.
