First Day of School August 2022

Another school year has rolled around.  My kids just keep growing.  I wish I could keep them small forever.

This year is our first year in 4 years that "should" be a completely normal year without virtual school, COVID, masks, distancing, & other craziness we've experienced the last 3 years we've lived here.  The kids are BEYOND excited this year.

We actually got to have "back to school bash" for ALL 5 of my kids.  It was great.  They all got to go early to the schools, see their schedules, meet their teachers, & more.  Canyon & his friend Nolan got to go meet their teachers together.

Canyon is very excited about his 4th grade class this year.  He can already tell it's going to be a great year.

Lorien is a SENIOR this year.  Let the mama tears start.  I can't believe she only has one year left before she's off to culinary arts school to become a chef!

Taya is in HIGH SCHOOL this year!!!  She's a freshman & is SO happy to be with Lorien at the same school.  She's been really nervous about going to High School, but she is also VERY excited.

Bladen is the big kid at his school this year.  He's an 8th grader at the middle school.  Next year he'll join Taya in high school, but for now he's enjoying being the "oldest" at his school.

Craiger started Middle School this year with Bladen.  He's in 6th grade & is learning how to balance all those teachers & all that homework.  He's going to rock it this year.

And Canyon is all by himself at the Intermediate school in 4th grade.  He's got lots of friends & absolutely loves his new teacher.  He is very excited about this year.

I'm SO excited for these kiddos.  It's going to be the best year yet!
