On Day 2 of Spring Break, Talon took us out to the desert so we could ride dirtbikes. My kids were in HEAVEN. They have never done anything like this before & they had the time of their lives. Talon was a great teacher & we spent several hours enjoying our rides.
I love dirt biking. Believe it or not, I grew up on dirt bikes. My cousins had them & we spent most days after school or on the weekends riding them through the dirt trails in Arizona. I haven't been on a dirt bike in years, so it was like "being home" for me. Everybody seemed so surprised that it was so natural for me, but I love it. I could have ridden on it all day long.
Taya was also a complete natural on the dirt bike. She rode several times & kept asking for more. She LOVED it.
The boys all had fun too, but they were "roasting" in the sun. By the time their 3rd or 4th rides came around, they were ready to be in the air conditioned car. ha ha ha.
We had SO MUCH FUN. My kids will never forget this.
