The homecoming parade is always darling. Most of the school is in the actual parade, so there isn't much of an audience. I'm surprised more parents don't come to this. We saved seats for the ballroom parents so we had quite the crowd cheering for our kids which was fun.
The parade was led by E-Sports this year which is awesome because Bladen is the E-Sports president. He got to carry the E-sports banner & his presidency all marched with him to begin the parade. The ballroom parents were awesome & yelled his name too which made him feel extra loved.
And then of course, all of ballroom was somewhere in the middle of the parade. We have such a huge group of students - 48 between both varsity & JV this year. We cheered the loudest for them. They were excited & cute.
After the parade is a school carnival & the kids loved that. I love our high school & all the fun things they do together.
