Canyon rounded the year out with his final orchestra concert in beginning orchestra. He has worked so hard this year learning the string bass. He's become a natural. He's amazing. We are so proud of him.
Mr. Cox, the middle school band teacher is one of the best music teachers I've ever met. He has a way with those kids. He teaches them, they love him, & they excel beyond the capacity of most musicians their age. This entire concert was movie soundrack themed & Mr. Cox even led some of the music in a dinosaur costume. Good teachers make all the difference!
Canyon is always so cute standing next to his string bass. It is twice the size he is so it's adorable. He is SO skilled at it. I can't wait to see how his talents develop over the next few years.
Great job Canyon. We are so very very proud of you.
