Our last day in Turkey, we got up early so we could make it to the airport in time to get home. It was a short day, but we loved it anyway. It gave us the opportunity to say goodbye to all the wonderful people we had met along the way.
We had one last breakfast with our wonderful hotel staff & enjoyed every second of it. We will truly miss Nile, Eros, & Barrack as well as the 2 ladies who cooked so many wonderful things for us.
We had to say goodbye to Erkan & Sulemon who were our wonderful friends the entire time we were there. And we had to say goodbye to our beautiful cave hotel. How cool is it that we got to stay INSIDE CAVES? This trip will be one of my very favorites for years to come.
We had to get one picture of us with Nile, Eros, & Barrack. They were so sweet the entire time we were there. Such a wonderful group of people. If you're ever in Cappadocia, stay at SOTA Cappadocia in Urgup! It's the best!
And of course on our way out, we had to stop at the market to buy Turkish delight for all of our families. YUM.
Goodbye Turkey! You have stolen my heart with your beauty, amazing food, & incredible people. I piece of my heart will always stay there with you.
