Day 3 was Bladen's Day of Camp Tonsofun.
He picked Starburst as his treat. He left the treats on the table after the kids did their breakfast chores.
Day 3 was the HARD day of cleaning. The kids' rooms were insanely messy & it was time to go through everything & donate toys that weren't played with anymore as well as clothing the kids have grown out of. It took HOURS of cleaning to get this done, but boy was it worth it.
Of course I took TONS of pictures of the boys' dirty/clean room, but ZERO of the girls! I'm thinking it was because the girls did theirs on their own where I had to sit in with the boys & help them since they're still young. But both rooms looked AMAZING when we were finished.
After all that exhausting cleaning, we sat down & played Jackbox games together for an hour. The kids love Jackbox!
Bladen's FAVORITE homemade treat is cinnamon rolls. We started them as we were cleaning to give them plenty of rise time.
It was fun having the kids learn about yeast, how it works & grows, how to roll the dough, & how to create cinnamon rolls.
Oh my goodness, they turned out GORGEOUS & SO GOOD.
For Bladen's special dinner he chose lasagne, pineapple, & garlic bread. He was a happy boy at the end of a very busy day.
