Tylee knows how much Lorien wants to go into culinary arts after high school, so she hired 2 chefs to teach the family a class on homemade pasta making. It was incredible.
We learned how to mix the few ingredients by hand, knead them, then roll them out to make pasta shapes.
We made bowtie pasta, little shells, & fettachini.
While the kids were making the bowties & the shells, Tuhk, Talon, & I were rolling out the long sheets of pasta dough to make the fettachini.
Lorien was in heaven the whole time. She loved it.
We cooked it all & added some fresh made sauce & oh my goodness it was delicious. Homemade noodles really do make all the difference in the world. These were amazing.
