Taya is officially a missionary!

Taya is officially a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

She got set apart, put on her badge, & started her 2 weeks of home MTC.

Every day she attended 6 hours of language & missionary classes, 2 hours of missionary workshops, 1 hour of tagalog tutoring, & 1.5 hours of personal & companion study.  She was BUSY.  We only saw her for meals, but she loved every minute of it.

We had the whole family together for her setting apart.

She really thrived in home MTC.  She learned SO MUCH & prayed in Tagalog for our family prayer every night.  We are so proud of her.

Now she is at the MTC in Provo until September 1st, when she'll be headed to Manila, Philippines for the last 3 weeks of her training.
