June came & went in the blink of an eye. For some reason, once school gets out, it's like our days go on hyper-drive. They speed by without us even noticing.
This month was wonderful & full of exciting trips (YAY! Things are finally opening up again & countries are lifting their borders bans. I've been in 3 countries in one week. That's pretty amazing. It feels good to be out & about again.)
We also enjoyed plenty of beautiful walks & bikerides along the German countryside.
Lorien, Taya, & Bladen all got their 2nd vaccine shots so our family is as fully immunized as we can be for now. Hopefully soon, they'll have vaccinations for kids under 12. It's nice to have it done & to be able to shop, travel, & be with friends again.
Taya had one last big hang out day with her 2 best friends before everyone left on vacations for the summer. We're so happy these 3 found each other. They are the best of the best.
Along with all the fun, we did have to say goodbye to several people as well. I will miss a lot of my Germany friends. I'm so sad to see them go, but I feel so blessed that our paths crossed in the journey of life. They have forever touched my heart & will be friends forever. Safe travels everyone.
