About 3 weeks after we arrived in UT, our stake held a fun day camp for all the activity days kids
(ages 8-11). The kids were gone all day & they got to participate in all sorts of fun activities like archery, bb gun shooting, canoeing, lego car racing, dancing, & more.
Canyon was a little nervous because he didn't know anyone yet, but he was eager to meet new friends & be a part of the team. He came home SO happy & talked non-stop for hours telling me about every little thing they did. He told me about all the friends he made & how happy he was that we moved to UT. It made my momma heart happy.
Thank you to all the adult leaders that put this day camp together for these kids. It meant the world to Canyon.
