On April 23rd, Trek lead a 100 mile bike ride with some friends from Bingen to Cologne, Germany all along the Rhine River. The Rhine River is such a beautiful drive/walk/run/bike. It's full of castles, the land is fairly flat, & it's just beautiful.
They woke up at the crack of dawn & met in Bingen where they got on their bikes & rode for 12 whole hours non-stop. It was hard, they were exhausted, but they were SO proud when they saw that cathedral in Cologne marking the finish line.
After that, they got some food, hopped on a train back to Bingen, & drove home. It was a LONG day, but they enjoyed every minute of it.
