This is another October favorite at the Potter house.
Zombie Taco Salad:
pork and beans (pinto beans or black beans works too)
lettuce, onions, tomatoes, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, olives, etc.
Crunch tortilla chips in the bottom of your bowl. Cook hamburger until cooked through. Drain grease. Add 1/4 cup water & seasoning packet & simmer for 10 minutes. Add 2 small cans or 1 large can of beans to meat mixture (our family LOVES pork & beans for this which sounds really weird, but they love it.) Put 1/4 cup meat & bean mixture on top of crushed chips. Top with all your favorite toppings. Add 2 scoops of sour cream on top for eyes with little olive slices for pupils & a tomato slice for a mouth.
