Monster Claws


My kids ate EVERY LAST PIECE of these chicken nuggets. They LOVED them.

Monster Claws:

1 lb chicken breasts cut into long fingerlike strips
2 Tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons plus 1 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning (divided)
1 1/2 cups corn flakes, crushed
2 Tablespoons chopped green onions
3 eggs, slightly beaten

In a gallon size ziplock bag combine the flour & 2 teaspoons of the Cajun Seasoning. Add chicken to the bag of flour mixture & shake to coat.


Place eggs in a shallow bowl. In another ziplock bag combine the cornflakes, green onions, & remaining Cajun Seasoning.


Take chicken & dip into eggs, then into the crumb mixture. Place on a greased baking sheet.


Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Arrange into a hand shape on a plate & serve with your favorite dip.
